The order production time depends on the type and number of products in the order.

Usually the order is made within 1-5 days.

When choosing personalized products, production time may increase.

If you want to know a more accurate production time, then write to us which product and size you are interested in.

In Latvia, you can choose to receive your order:

• on site - in Riga, Bieriņi;

• By Latvian Post (1-3 days);

• By Omniva parcel machine (1-3 days);

• Door delivery (1-2 days).

• Latvian Post (worldwide);

• Door delivery economy (in Europe), delivery ~ 7 days

• Door delivery express (worldwide), delivery to Europe, USA etc. 1-2 days, Australia, New Zealand 7 days etc.

A phone number is required for order delivery with Omniva, as well as if you need to contact us urgently about your order, then a phone number is required for faster communication.

Our first method of communication is always email, and we only use the phone when necessary.

When you receive a shipping notification and want to receive a tracking code for your package, let us know. We usually do not include tracking codes with the notification, as delivery by Omniva only takes a couple of days. But if your package is delayed, feel free to let us know and we will find out where the package is.
